This duplex in Lehi was meth condemned. I had it listed after 4 weeks of work. I bought it from a wholesaler and didn’t think to take before pictures. It needed professional meth remediation and after that, light cosmetic work. I decided the kitchen was ok enough to leave as is but I gave it new floors, 3-tone paint, trim, and ceiling texture. I did a lot of drywall texture work on this one.
