Flipped a 1960’s condo in Murray
When I bought it, it looked like this
Rough condition ugly orange wood floors, uneven cracked tile, super old and ugly tile mortared to the old 60’s style cabinets, no real home for the fridge, outdated tub surround, etc.
After 3 weeks
Everything got replaced on this one. Floors, electrical, kitchen, appliances, paint, trim, lights, hardware, windows. I did nearly all the work myself, hiring out for the windows, countertops and some plumbing & electrical I didn’t want to do.
